Refund policy
RETURNS
If there is something wrong with your clothing purchased from us then we are happy to swap it for you as per Australian law and common decency. Just email us first to let us know the problem and we will organize the best solution for you. You must contact us within 30 days if the item is faulty on arrival.
Returnable items are:
- Items received within 30 days of the order date.
- Items unworn and in unused condition with original tags still attached.
- Items in original packaging and in original condition.
Exchanging an item:
If you need to exchange an item you've received for another. All exchanges are processed as a new sale and a return. To exchange an item:
- Contact us first via email to let us know the issue and that you wish to exchange an item.
- Place and pay for a new order online.
- Send us back the item/s you wish to return for a refund (see instructions for returns below).
What is the shipping cost for returns?
The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the sender who is returning the parcel. We recommend that you use a tracking service and get proof of postage, as unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility if your returned items are lost in transit when they are returned to us.
Preparing the package to be returned:
- Mark the item for return on the form included with your order.
- Carefully package your item so that they will not be damaged in transit.
- Address the parcel to our return address (this can be found on the form included with your order).
- Lodge the parcel at an Australia Post Office (registered post with tracking is highly recommended).
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund of the purchase price will be credited in the original form, minus any delivery charges paid on your original order. While we do ask that you allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed, most are processed quite quickly.
